Hi! I'm Tyra J Brown. I am the proud Founder and CEO of The Posh Organization, a certified Women and Minority Owned Business Enterprise serving Posh Brands and Female CEOs. Since you are here, you may have already heard about it. If not, we specialize in premium executive concierge services and have been in business for over 9 successful years. We currently hold 3 national trademarks, held an A rating with the BBB, and have been awarded Best of Gwinnett for 2019, and 2020 and among the best in 2022.
I founded The Posh Organization in 2014. Over the last 9 years, it has earned a stellar reputation for providing exceptional experiences and premium remote business partnerships and services to high-achieving business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals. This required a strategy that was deeply rooted in purpose, driven by diverse experiences, and solidified in sound communication, authenticity, and collaboration.
I am looking forward to an "explosive" (my focus word for the year) 2024 with The Posh Organization, but my heart and mind have led me to do more. I've thought long and hard about how I can make a greater impact. I have landed on another key term - "accountability".
I get asked all the time, "how do you stay on top of so many things?" As a wife, mother, and business owner, my list of to-do's is never-ending. It was not until I began to better prioritize what was most important, that my list became more manageable.
Years of diverse experience, coupled with wins and losses, laughter and tears, and life in between made a big impact in my building a successful virtual organization from the ground up. When you decide to work with me, you can trust that you’re in great hands. Building, prioritizing, and executing is what we do for our clients. All of our services exist to help you grow.

Having been affectionately called the linchpin to numerous successful female-owned businesses, I am the self-proclaimed Queen of everything Posh, an administrative and advertising enthusiast, and a professional organizer to boot. I am a native of Baltimore Maryland. Obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing through matriculation at HBCU, Clark Atlanta University, and finishing at Strayer University in Atlanta, GA.
I have more than 19 years of experience supporting c-suite business executives in a range of industries. Through both corporate and high-end retail, I have held various positions including business administrator, marketing coordinator, team lead, and office manager. Nevertheless, my passion is deeply rooted in assisting female and minority-owned CEOs to rediscover themselves, their passion, their purpose and what they absolutely love most that can grow into a sustainable business and brand.
